Prediction

'Up to 50% off' 1,000s of items, boosting to 'up to 60% off'

🗓️ Predicted from Tuesday 17 November (up to 50% off), then from Friday 27 November for up to 60% off, till Monday 30 November

If the last two years are anything to go by, we'll initially see up to 50% off 1,000s of items for members of Adidas* adiClub (its free loyalty scheme). On Black Friday itself, the sale is likely to open up to all, and discounts could increase to as much as 60% off. Joining adiClub gives you first pick of sale stock, but if you're willing to risk items selling out, waiting until Black Friday could mean bigger discounts.

In 2025, the typical discount we spotted was 36% off and the maximum was 60% off.

What does ‘up to 50% off almost everything' mean?

Max discount: 60%
Typical discount we found on ten random items: 36%

There's no code needed – the discount will be clearly marked on the item and automatically applied at the checkout.

Delivery's free for 'adiClub' members – see what else a membership gets you. Standard delivery’s £3.99 or free if you're spending over £40.

Here are some examples we spotted on Monday 1 December:

Important: Don’t allow yourself to be taken in by the hype around Black Friday and be sucked into buying something you don’t need or can’t afford. Always do your own price comparisons to ensure you are getting the best deal possible – don’t just take a retailer’s word for it.

Free protection for all shopping!

There's a little-known piece of legislation that turns any credit card into a financial self-defence superhero. 'Section 75' of the Consumer Credit Act means your plastic must protect anything you buy for more than £100 for free, so if there's a problem or the company goes bust, you can still get your money back.
And although Section 75 doesn't apply to debit cards, there is something else to fall back on if you've paid using a debit card, or used a credit card for a purchase under £100. Known as Chargeback, this is part of banks' and card companies' internal rules and not a legal requirement. Read full details of Section 75 or Chargeback, plus how to claim, in our guides.

If a link has an * by it, that means it is an affiliated link and therefore it helps MoneySavingExpert stay free to use, as it is tracked to us. If you go through it, it can sometimes result in a payment or benefit to the site. It's worth noting this means the third party used may be named on any credit agreements.
You shouldn’t notice any difference and the link will never negatively impact the product. Plus the editorial line (the things we write) is NEVER impacted by these links.
